Pritha is a Community Development Specialist at Platform Usaha Sosial (PLUS). She has been working for several projects which aimed to enable social enterprises across Indonesia.
Currently focused on community engagement, she has helped several social entrepreneurship organizations to increase awareness on social entrepreneurship for the public via social media and community sharing. She also co-designing entrepreneurship learning materials to be inclusively accessible.
She is also experienced in building strategic relationships and partnerships with different organizations and individuals including local and international SEs, NGOs, CSOs, local champions, companies and government. Aside from the project management role, she is also involved in the business development area in her current company. She is responsible for conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, developing mutually beneficial proposals and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
