Engel is Knowledge Management Specialist in Platform Usaha Sosial (PLUS). Despite running her role in managing the knowledge products of PLUS, she also involved and become a mentor in some programs that aim to increase the capacity of social entrepreneurs across Indonesia.
In line with her passion in contributing to social changes, she has been working in several remote areas of Indonesia (North Moluccas, West Papua, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara) to implement various community development programs with different issues (education, health, child protection, livelihood, risk disaster). Those experiences sharpened her skills in project management, community engagement, and strategic partnership with local government and other stakeholders.
