In 2005, Erni Suhaina, who aspired to empower women around her, founded the Bu Nandang Course and Training Institute (LKP). The training itself is engaged in utilizing waste for creative industries with the motto 'Waste becomes a blessing, waste becomes beautiful, waste becomes rupiah' and Erni wants to create a change in mindset towards the environment so that waste can become something useful.
