PLUS at Eight: Expanding Impact and Beyond

PLUS’ eight-year journey is a story of sustainability, collaboration, and a strong commitment to amplifying impact. This annual report highlights the various initiatives and engagements we have undertaken to build capacity and support social enterprises, MSMEs, and nonprofit organizations across Indonesia.

Through a needs-based approach and adaptive facilitation and incubation activities, we continue to offer alternative solutions and strategies to help social enterprises and nonprofit organizations survive and grow amidst today’s evolving economic landscape.

In 2024, with the support of our partners and a thriving ecosystem, we completed and continued several key initiatives:

• TikTok Jalin Nusantara: A scale-up program for MSMEs that emphasizes creativity and cross-regional connectivity.
  
• Youth Co:Lab National Springboard Amplifier: A capacity-building initiative for Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) that support young entrepreneurs across Indonesia.
  
• Makadaya Fellowship: A year-long intensive mentorship program for five selected early-stage social enterprises to strengthen their business skills and expand their social impact.
  
• Re.Search: An ongoing project aimed at strengthening the financial resilience of nonprofit organizations through learning and collaboration.
  

In addition, we conducted post-project research to assess the long-term impact of our past interventions, such as Mekarya, an initiative concluded in 2021 that focused on building the capacity of salt farmers in Amed, Bali.
