Mengutip Romy,\u00a0\u201dMungkin kita bukan Steve Jobs atau Mark Zuckerberg, mungkin kita lebih mirip Kolonel Sanders (yang gagal bunuh diri, sebelum sukses bikin <em>franchise <\/em>Kentucky Fried Chicken).\u00a0<em>Ngga <\/em>apa-apa juga,\u00a0<em>kan,\u00a0<\/em>lebih mirip Sanders daripada Jobs.\u00a0Yang penting jalan terus dan terus belajar lebih baik. <em>Keep the faith<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Penting juga apa yang dikatakan oleh Gigih, \u201cSaya percaya semuanya dimulai dari diri kita sendiri. Komitmen untuk menjalankan sebuah venture akan jadi perjalanan yang sangat menantang, jadi penting sekali untuk mencari tahu apa yang &#8220;menggerakkan kita&#8221;. Bisa jadi keprihatinan kita terhadap suatu permasalahan, atau dorongan dari dalam diri kita untuk menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan.\u00a0<strong><em>Find something that you care about more than yourself. <\/em><\/strong>Setelah menemukan itu, bisa kita gali ide-ide yang mungkin bisa kita wujudkan, kemudian kita validasi ide tersebut dan mencari tim\/rekan pendiri (<em>co-founder<\/em>) yang bisa mendukung kita, memiliki energi yang sama besar dan saling melengkapi baik secara <em>skill <\/em>ataupun\u00a0<em>knowledge<\/em>\u00a0untuk bisa memulai apa yang kita cita-citakan. Akan sangat membantu apabila dari awal kita sudah memiliki sedikit pendanaan untuk membuat <em>prototype <\/em>atau menjalankan <em>pilot project<\/em> namun tanpa itupun kita harus tetap bisa berjalan atau\u00a0<em>bootstrapping.\u00a0<\/em>Terakhir yang tidak kalah penting tentu saja: <strong>eksekusi yang baik<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan?
