February 2020<\/h3>\r\n<!--\/.Timline-Title--><!--Timline-description-->\r\n<p>Impact Initiator community launching in 5 cities<\/p>\r\n<!--\/.Timline-description--><!--\/.Timline-Content--><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<h3>&lt;\/h3 &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>Originally from<\/strong> and \/ or planning to settle for at least the next 2 years in Medan \/ Padang \/ Pontianak \/ Makassar \/ Jayapura<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h3>&lt;\/h3 &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>Running a social business<\/strong> or in the process of developing a prototype of a social enterprise with youth or women as the beneficiaries<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h3>&lt;\/h3 &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>Active<\/strong> in a community and have a strong desire to build the local community<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>\r\n<h3>&lt;\/h3 &gt;<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>Committed<\/strong> to participating in the activities of this program<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>What Will You Gain Through This Program?<\/h3>\r\n<p>The opportunity to learn how to have strong leadership skills both in social business and in the local community<\/p>\r\n<p>Connections with social enterprise ecosystem players and relevant communities from various islands in Indonesia<\/p>\r\n<p>Online business assistance in accordance with needs of the social enterprises run by the local initators with the focus on business and impact sustainability.<\/p>\r\n<h4>The Inclusive Islands program is also the first step in PLUS&#8217;s long term plan to form an offline community where the local initiators will become PLUS&#8217;s partners in developing the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in their area.<\/h4>\r\n<h3>More About the Program<\/h3>\r\n<p><strong>Program activities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Leadership bootcamp<\/strong><br \/>Selected local initiators will attend an intensive 5-day training in Jakarta hosted by the Social Enterprise Academy UK. Participants will not only learn about leadership,the local initiators will also get a chance to hone their entrepreneurship skills through social entrepreneurship classes during the bootcamp.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Business development support<\/strong><br \/>In addition to the bootcamp, local initiators will receive regular online consultation and assistance from PLUS team and relevant parties who can help develop their social enterprises.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Community building support<\/strong><br \/>The local initiators will also be provided with the knowledge and opportunities to apply skills in developing and mobilizing communities in their cities. At the end of the program there will be the launch of the Impact Initiator community in the 5 cities.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>About the Social Enterprise Academy<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Social Enterprise Academy, a social enterprise headquartered in Scotland, UK is here to share transformational learning &amp; development that focuses on leadership, entrepreneurship, impact and personal development for organisations supporting social enterprises throughout the world.
