Coming to Jakarta\, in a country which is considered as a top source of plastic bottles\, bags and other rubbish clogging up global sea lanes\, the ASEAN XChange Team is seeking to analyze the root cause\, implications and behavior towards plastic consumerism. \nThrough the XChange in Focus: Impact Jakarta Workshop\, the ASEAN XChange will build on the capacity of young leaders by providing them a platform to deep-dive on Indonesia’s plastic waste mismanagement problem. Offering an in-depth knowledge on Green Consumption through a panel of experts and an introduction to best practices that businesses from various industries are implementing to help provide remedy to the plastic waste problem\, XChange in Focus: Impact Jakarta aims to seek for localized solutions to global plastic pollution. \nXChange in Focus is a 3-day intensive program which challenges a participant’s personal\, national\, regional and global perspectives on development concepts.Participants will be equipped with tools and knowledge on key development thematic areas so they may realize their ideas from concepts\, to sketches of frameworks until initialization of the ideal work culture or environment.\n \nASEAN XChange as a social enterprise\, offers evidence-based tools which were proven effective to build the capacity of the millennial workforce.
