September 13, 2018 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
at Jakarta

The aging of the world’s population changes every important relationship we have. The fates of ourselves, our families and communities, of nations and the world depend on how we navigate these unprecedented shifts.

In this free event hosted by the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation, you will hear from Ted C. Fishman—author of China, Inc.and Shock of Gray—about how global demographic change may shape the future of Asian nations, including Indonesia. He also will explore how families, firms, and leaders can respond to accelerated population aging, both in their own countries and abroad.

Ted C. Fishman is the bestselling author of China, Inc. and Shock of Gray. His work can be found in many publications, including the New York Times, National Geographic, USA Today, and Harper’s Magazine. His books are widely translated, in more than 45 foreign editions. Shock of Gray has recently been published in translation in China. Fishman is currently a fellow at the University of Chicago’s Neubauer Collegium for Culture and Society.

Please note that registration will open at 6:30pm with main event starting promptly at 7:00pm. Networking reception to follow.
